How do I get started with Synergy? How long does it take to get up and running?

Register on our signup page and our team will reach out for onboarding asap. Deployment time varies, depending on each Brand’s unique needs, but typically ranges from 2-4 weeks.

How does my Brand benefit from using Synergy?

Using Synergy lets Brands be more efficient in how they allocate their resources. Instead of having to make risky, expensive investments in retail build-outs or partnerships, Brands can focus on product development and marketing.

Who handles the last-mile delivery to my Brand’s customers? Does Synergy have drivers?

Synergy is an ancillary technology company and as such we do not directly employ drivers. All drivers are employees of the Hubs, which are licensed, non-storefront retail facilities.

How does Synergy ensure high-quality service at Hubs?

Synergy takes great care to only partner Hubs that meet key criteria based on location, facility, ownership, management, and staff. We only select partners who we know can deliver the high standards of service Brands expect.

What’s the pricing for Synergy?

There are 4 core fees: implementation (a one-time fee), a recurring monthly/annual subscription fee for the eCommerce integration/site, a flat per order facilitation fee to Synergy, and a per order % revenue share to the Hub. You can learn more on the pricing page.

How are revenue share payouts handled?

Brands can expect to receive their payouts bi-weekly. Payouts can be delivered electronically or as cash.

My Brand doesn’t have an eCommerce menu or a website. Can Synergy help?

Yes, Synergy can add eCommerce to your existing website or help you build your website and menu from scratch. Learn more about available options here.

How do I get my Brand’s inventory to a Hub? Does Synergy handle distribution?

Brands can use their existing distributors or you can utilize one of Synergy’s distribution partners. As long as the distributor has the proper licenses, we are open to receiving any shipment(s).

How does inventory management/ ownership work? Is Synergy’s model METRC compliant?

Synergy’s model is METRC compliant. Brand packages “live” inside each Hub’s METRC. Brands can then track inventory quantities across all Hubs in real time via the Synergy dashboard.

I’m a Brand that owns a non-storefront delivery and/or distribution license. Can I become a Synergy Hub and/or partner?

Absolutely. We work with Brands who handle their own deliveries locally and use Synergy to augment their reach elsewhere. We are always looking to expand our delivery coverage and partner network. Please fill out a contact request so we can schedule time to chat.

I own a dispensary/storefront(s). Can I use Synergy?

Yes, definitely. Synergy can help by expanding a dispensary’s deliverable area or by completely replacing a store’s in-house delivery. Using Synergy can free up a retailer’s bandwidth and let them focus fully on the walk-in experience.

Does Synergy provide assistance and/or resources for Hub partners?

Synergy encourages regular communication between all participants in our ecosystem. We collect feedback from Brand and Hub partners alike and share best practices to help everyone optimize. When possible/appropriate, we are happy to make introductions with and on-behalf of partners too.
