Am I locked into a contract with Synergy?
While Synergy is a subscription service, we do offer month-to-month plan options. For monthly subscriptions, you can cancel anytime and you will only be charged a prorated fee for however many days you were subscribed that month.
What are the accepted payment methods?
We strongly prefer electronic payments (e.g. Dama, Payswifter, etc.), but can take cash as well.
Does Synergy offer refunds?
Our team will prorate fees if you cancel a month-to-month subscription. For all other scenarios please contact our team.
